Holiday Inn Express Silver Springs - Ocala, an IHG Hotel

The personnel was very kind and helpful with all our requests. We also slept very well in comfortable beds. The rooms are also very quiet although the hotel is located close to a main road. Breakfast options were above our expectations.

A comfortable room in an ideal location for visiting Silver Springs national park. Easy to find and with most of the facilities you'd expect in an international chain hotel. A huge spa bath in our room allowed my wife to bask at leisure while I used the separate shower - luxury!

All the food was great. Excellent service to all my family. The girls at thr desk were absolutely amazing. Very clean inside and outside. My favorite part was the salt pool.Just 😍 it.Everybody and everything very accommodating.

Every single staff member was professional and personal. They ALL truly appreciate their guests and go above and beyond in making sure all are comfortable. The room was so clean you could use a white glove and not have any residual dust. Their complimentary breakfast was so fresh, and the staff actually went to all the tables to see if everything was satisfactory. Other hotels we have stayed at have lame coffee, muffins and fruit and no service. This had all the fixings including eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuts with gravy, muffins and so much more! This is now officially our 'go to' hotel when traveling to Fla. FYI, We do not know anyone at this facility and are giving this review because they deserve it! One thing I would also recommend is getting a room with the jacuzzi. It is about $25 more a night and so worth it.
